The Gabriella Apartments

The experience was phenomenal touring with Nick! He went above and beyond to show us many units to ensure it met our needs that we were looking for! Nick was very patient, professional and very easy to work with! We truly appreciated nick taking time to show us all the amenities and spending time with us to show us around and answer our questions!

Nick was great during my apartment tour. He was very friendly, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. He took the time to show me around the apartment and answered all of my questions clearly. I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was throughout the tour. Overall, it was a very positive experience thanks to Nick, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to view an apartment here.

Most peaceful atmosphere. Very secure building. Many social area options with restrictions. Dog park on 6th floor is cleaned daily. Common spaces are cleaned and in order. Tom Thumb ( grocery-drinks-snack/full service store) down stairs of building. Guest and Resident parking. Residents do drive fast through the parking tho.

This is just a tour review as I don't currently live here but I am planning on moving in. My tour guide, Mackenzie, was incredibly accommodating and answered any questions/concerns I had honestly. They are no longer partnered with AirBnB which was my biggest concern. She showed me multiple units and walked me through all the amenities. She also seemed to know every single resident by name and have a rapport with them which is great considering she's not a concierge.

The staff accommodated a last minute showing request. ✔️ Our flight was late and we were THREE hours late. Accommodated. ✔️ SUPER FRIENDLY staff. ✔️ Spacious luxury apartment with a grocery store ON-SITE! ✔️ I'm thinking THIS will be the place to live!!!
