Peaceful place to live and leasing office has a nice people with good personality and on time mentainance calls. Recommend to start your happiness in fountain apartment.

I would have to give them five stars, it’s kept clean, it’s quiet, management is nice. If and when I had service problems it has been fix immediately. Any concerns has been addressed. A lovely place to live!!!!

Excellent service, it was expedient and the maintenance personnel was very professional. My light bulbs replaced and the toilet fixed in a timely manner.

Love this apartment complex. The price is reasonable for the location and area it is at. It's close to Downtown, shopping malls and other attractions. It's quiet at night, which is great. Safe and peaceful environment. It has a lot of big trees and green. The management team is really helpful, professional and responsive. Shout out to maintenance team, always quick and efficient. They respond to the request and get it done nicely every time.
