The Flynn at Live Oak

The property itself is beautiful and I love the amenities. However, the customer service is what sold me. Dan went above and beyond to show me every 2 bedroom floor plan option, broke down the differences, and helped me pick the perfect floor plan for me. Since applying, he has answered all my questions multiple times and made the application process very smooth. I toured other beautiful properties as well, but they lacked in customer service. Based on this, I’m looking forward to moving in and I feel like I’ll love calling this place home. Stunning Property, can’t wait to swim!

I love coming home to my apartment — it feels spacious, comfortable, and truly like home. The amenities are great, and the community is always well maintained. Dan and Shay are simply the best. I toured three times before signing, and they were patient, informative, and never made me feel rushed. They have been just as friendly and supportive since move‑in. (I’ve seen some reviews questioning the building’s construction quality, but as someone who works in an industry heavily involved in large‑scale construction, I’ve had zero concerns about the structure or build. Everything has felt solid and well put together). Overall, I’m genuinely happy living here and appreciate how well everything is run.

This place is so peaceful and definitely worth leasing here. The staff are extremely attentive and genuinely down to earth.

I’ve had an excellent experience living here so far. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Lower Greenville, Downtown, Lakewood, Deep Ellum, and Uptown—so you’re always in the middle of the action. Before I even arrived, Shay was phenomenal, giving me all the info I needed to make my out-of-state move to Dallas as smooth as possible. Dan has been a dream since I got here—helping me navigate the neighborhood, the city, and anything else I need. Tara, the property manager, goes above and beyond—she ensures the property is always taken care of, and the maintenance team is incredibly responsive, even for the smallest requests. Plus, my apartment is absolutely beautiful—it’s filled with natural light, and there are so many amenities (pool, fitness center, lounge) that make it feel like a true home. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed, gorgeous community in a convenient location.

I’ve lived here for a couple weeks now and I love it. Shay and Dan are so kind and helpful whenever I have any questions. So happy I ended up choosing The Flynn at Live Oak!
