Arrived for a tour I’d scheduled after talking to a leasing agent on the phone. No leasing office in sight, no instructions to get in, no communication whatsoever, and no way to get into the property. I called several times and no response so I had to turn back. A massive waste of my morning. As other have noted, parking is incredibly tight - I have a C model car (c for compact) and even my teeny car barely fit in the parking spot. Area is not the best either - kinda sketch and construction sites as far as the eye can see.

Update: the doors are accessed via pad with a key fob. Mine malfunctioned, nobody was available right of way (no office on property) I had to wait to get into my apartment! It is hot out (93 degrees) and after paying my rent.. HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE. Think again before moving here, you pay all this money to come home from work and not be able to get into your own place that you pay for. So far I like the property and have enjoyed living here. However parking is a joke, the gate has been broken for weeks!! Security is one of my main concerns which is why I decided to live in this property. Since it has been broken there are no stalls available and more visitors taking parking from residence, it’s compact stalls so no space and others love to take up two stalls. This has been my main issue and is unacceptable. Laura has been so sweet and helpful. But I am just so disappointed, not to mention they forgot to mark my unit as taken and I got walked in on. Will keep updated!!

The parking situation is this apartment complex is a joke. 70% of the spots are compact leaving just 9 spots for large vehicles / trucks. Which is ok for the number off apartments. The only problem is during the day the maintenance staff parking there personal vehicles in the large spots and then replace them with company vehicles over night so that takes away two spots. Plus then once spot is hard to park in because the trash doors cover it. So if you are thinking about moving here and you have a large vehicle I would reconsider it. Also don't get me started by how often the parking security gate is broken and just left open.

Clean, modern appliances, gated building and gated parking lot, responsive management and maintenance. Laura got me moved in within a week, and maintenance takes less than a day to respond to requests. No regrets moving in.

Moved here in January, it’s a nice luxury style apartment. The parking spots are compact, I feel like there’s not enough spots for every tenant (not including the paid spots). There’s been recent new management and they’ve been pretty helpful. Laura has been great with us!!! She has always gotten back to us with any problems we have had. Maintenance is on top of it.
