The Dakota at Bishop Arts Apartments

Having lived in this community (earlier Bellrock and now the Dakota) for over four years, it's quite amazing to see how much the facility maintenance has improved in the recent past. Parking lots are cleaner, lawn/dirt patches are free of unpicked dog mess, and hallways free of litter. Apparently, the property is better secured. Service requests are attended to promptly without needing reminders. Real efforts are also made to bring together the community closer through thoughtful little events. Here's a shout-out to those who've made all of this possible, particularly whose cheerful faces we see often: Leticia, Priscilla, Cruz and Raymond. Your work is much appreciated!

I had such a great experience touring with Priscilla! She was patient, professional, and took her time answering all my questions. I loved the homey touch and genuine community feel of this location—it really stood out. I ultimately chose a different area, but I truly appreciated the warm, welcoming experience and suggest you stop by for a visit.

I have loved living here, and have lived here on two separate occasions. The current staff office staff, Priscila and Letty, are fantastic. Super attentive and very hospitable. The maintenance crew, Cruz and Raymond, are very fast at getting repairs domestically quickly and efficiently. Cruz has been here since the property was built, and I can’t say enough nice things about them. I’m moving into a house now, and have loved my time here to say the least. If I had to do it again I would!!
