The Beckley on Trinity Apartments

I’ve been living here now for a year and I love attending all the community events. They really do a great job of bringing in all the residents together. I specifically want to shout out Princess. She is one of the staff here. She is very kind and is always available to help with anything I need. I just recently resigned here and looking forward to another year!

Affordable, fairly clean, decent sized units for listed market price. Good location close to Bishop arts, Trinity Park, and the freeway to connect you to downtown. However, my biggest issue with living downtown currently is limited guest parking options. Between the $6 guest parking fee here and management casually suggesting my friend personally confront her neighbor after filling a noise complaint, I quickly ruled this location out for myself when apartment searching. Especially as a woman…. Confront a man… who she does not know…. Who has no concept of what’s appropriate or not in apartment living about an issue that’s within management’s role? That’s actually crazy to suggest!

Riahna is THE BEST!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best leasing experience I’ve ever had. She was professional, personable, and completely on top of every detail from start to finish. She answered all my questions with confidence and clarity, kept communication consistent, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Sucks that she’s no longer there (management change) but I have to give her her flowers!!

My experience here has been excellent. The maintenance team is very quick to respond to requests and solves them swiftly. They also take care of building-related concerns quickly as well. The admin is very helpful and responsive. The new guest parking system is great, I can open the garage door for a guest on my phone. Apart from that, it’s a beautiful and clean complex. Neighbors get a little loud sometimes but that’s really it. Having a great time at The Beckley!

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The amenities are always clean, well-maintained, and genuinely make day-to-day life more enjoyable—whether it’s using the fitness center, relaxing by the pool, or taking advantage of the common areas. I also have to give a special shout-out to Katt, the property manager. She’s always been incredibly helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Quick to respond, friendly, and truly committed to making sure residents are taken care of. Having a manager who really cares makes a huge difference, and Katt definitely does. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run community!
