These are the WORST APARTMENTS TO LIVE IN , anything else you can find even for a pricier price do it , management is terrible units are not even renovated they lie to you and always claim the apartments have issues with the ac , water and gas , did not have gas for almost 2 months with no discount or accommodation whatsoever and are expensive foe what they show and do to you , totally recommend ANYTHING ELSE besides the trust me , been there for more than 10 years and the longer we stayed the worse the apartments and management got I wish I could give them 0 stars

We scheduled a tour for 5:15pm. Patricia agreed to our request to see the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. We arrived at 5:14pm, walked into the office at 5:15pm, and Patricia was working with someone else. She asked us to wait in the other room. She came in shortly after to tell us that she would only be able to show us the 1 bedroom apartment..... which was the leasing office. It was not an actual unit. I asked if she would be able to show us the actual units when she's done. She said that since they're closing soon, she could but it may be tight. It was 5:22pm, they close at 5:30pm. I said we'll wait. After a minute, we decided we'll leave since that was ridiculous. Overall, the leasing office had a moldy/ mildew smell and they seem unorganized. I wouldn't rent from them.

Applied 5/6 as i was moving out of state. Told me it would take 3-5 days to see if im approved. Was waiting over 2 weeks without an update No email follow up or any calls regarding my applicaiton. Glad i found elsewhere to rent. $225 non refundable deposit down the drain . Read reviews. Odd how i can promise you there isnt any notes on my account regarding me being contacted. you called Twice 5/21/26 and did not even leave a voicemail . You act as if people do not work jobs shows the level of professionalism here.. You have not called emailed me anything since my app was put in. Ive called you guys to follow up and was told i will need to wait. Whichever manager responds to these please provide documentation showing you contacted me once other than 5/21/26 after ive found some place to live. We will wait............
