Kyren is super unprofessional and treats people disrespectfully when he isnt told what he wants to hear. Very rude, very ignorant. He claims to be a business man but has no clue how to carry on a conversation and enjoys berating people. Guess his name sounds like Karen for a reason.

This place is horrible I booked threw air bnb there’s rats. Ants. All kinds of bugs. Definitely cat fished. Very odd behavior there nothing but old men. The windows are missing blinds purposely. Front and back of the apartment. This place scares me there something going on there. A whole side is closed of there a tunnle locked chained up. There’s an old white man who stared me down the whole time walking to my car with my kids. Do not book or rent ladys be safe this is red flags. I asked some lady’s there if there was tow trucks and they acted like they didn’t know or live there something is off all the way.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. It’s a Scam business model. They have one representative show you a nice, clean, remodeled unit. Once you sign the lease you’re stuck and they move you into a busted down, half ass painted (over dirt and all), ROACH infested unit. The main manager at the time, Rachel, told us that blah blah such and such happened with the unit we were shown, so we were put into a different unit. It’s all a big scam. This place has a major infestation problem. They charge you for pest control, which came several times and the pest control rep even told me honestly that this infestation was never going to be eliminated, only treated to contain. This place is an absolute disaster. I could go on, but in short DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. There’s so many better options in the area for the same price point or less. This place needs to be condemned and demolished ASAP.

I was keeping myself from posting this horrible apartment complex but Kyren has pushed every single button of mine. I have experienced all kind of nastyiness in this complex and tried to keep it cool since moving out was not in my books until I properly finished my contract. Please think about it twice there is mold all over the apartments cats digging in your trash not to mention big rats not mice but rats they sure do not care about nothing I advised them about the issue never did anything I had to buy bait for the rats onced dead I advised them to come and removed them since they were dead in the kitchen no show up until late around 5 pm when I notified them since the am this is such a horrible experiencie that I got myself into please stay away

Complex is going downhill since new management. It’s currently 3:11am and this is the second night I have been woken up by extremely loud Airbnb tenants that the complex has available to rent out. Every few days new people are staying here and my safety is a concern. I was under the impression that tenants go thru a background check when applying but who knows if the people staying in these airbnbs get one. With multiple Airbnb units available on the property, one right next to ours and the one across the courtyard our safety is concerning. Our truck was broken into and my husbands tools were taken. I have seen two other tenants with broken windows from breakins. People don’t pick up their dog waste in the “dog park area”. The entry gates never worked they remain open and new management informed us they would never get fixed. When showering the water temperature is never consistent, you can get scolded with hot water or blasted with cold water at any given moment. So much for warm showers when it’s freezing cold outside. They disable the ac when winter comes along and you know this Texas weather is nuts so on those few days this past November that we had 75-77 degree weather we were stuck without ac. We had to go buy fans to be able to sleep semi comfortably. I believe the email stating ac wouldn’t be turned on till July, you kidding me is this Texas heat. But our safety is the biggest concern with all these Airbnb units popping up left and right at the complex. As you can see they have several Airbnb listings. Some of these 5 star reviews seem sketchy, they look like they are fake. They are similar and the people placing them aren't even local. Check out their names and its suspicious that the apartment complex only responded to the 5star reviews which all sound so similar.
