I can’t say enough good things about The Arts Apartments and especially leasing agent, Andria! Andria is professional, helpful, and goes above and beyond to meet any needs. I highly recommend giving her a call if you’re looking for an apartment in downtown Dallas. She’s simply the best and the apartment complex is perfect, great location, ample parking. Andria will get you set up in your new home and she does it all with a smile!

I’ve yet to move into the unit yet but recently signed my lease with the arts. Moving from another state, I toured several apartments in so many areas and the arts was by far the best one I saw. Andria was such a good person to show us around the property and really sold me on choosing this apartment.

I’ve been living at The Arts Apartments for almost 2 months and I’ve really enjoyed it so far. The building feels very safe since you need a key fob or phone to access the doors and parking gate. The gym and pool are amazing, always clean and well maintained. Big thanks to Andria and Quentin for making the move-in process easy and helping us find a cozy apartment that feels like home. Definitely recommend this place
