BUGS.. I had a awful experience here, mostly because of the ROACHES and BED BUGS. I spoke with some of my neighbors and they all had issues as well. Also DO NOT let the gates fool you. They are constantly not working and my car has been broken into multible times. I needed a place to be safe and clean. I GOT NEITHER.

I'ved lived at The Arches going on 4 months and I can honestly say it's been one of the best experiences. I throughly enjoy when the staff in the office know my name personally. Evelyn in the front office has been the best leasing agents I've encountered. I see myself living here for quite a minute until I move into a house. If you're looking for a new apartment that has that homey-feeling, come here and use me as a referral lol :)

Move in experience has been great so far, Yuliana helped me out a lot. She was super patient, was able to answer all my questions, and was always happy to help when needed. Both Yuliana and Evelyn are great thank you again

The staff is 100% trained and always ready to help you and address your needs. I’ve been living here for two years now and highly recommend this place—the common areas are clean, and the property is easily accessible. Plus, the maintenance staff is available 24/7. I’m happy to be here, and I hope this helps you find your happy place. 🙂
