If I could rate this place negative stars I would. For starters, the leasing staff Seem like they don’t know what they’re doing or what’s going on that’s First and foremost. Secondly, they wanted me to sign the lease agreement without viewing the unit which I thought was extremely weird. And then when I went to sign it, the link was expired so I drove over an hour to see the unit and when I got there the sign on the door and stated on the website (when it was working) they open at 8:30 and I got there at 9 however, the security guard (very rude) said they didn’t open till 11 which I was like why does it say they’re open at 8:30 if you’re not going to open until 11? So I waited outside until someone finally let me in and then when I’m trying to explain to the manager that they need to update the signage and that I drove over an hour just be told I would have to view the unit another time because the leasing agent wasn’t there yet or something, she completely ignores me and her little security guard wants to get aggressive with me. Now at this point I’m livid but I remain calm and until the leasing agent shows up (5mins later, was told she wouldn’t be in until later that day) to show me the unit. Upon viewing the unit which the unit itself was alright but the leasing agent thinks it’s OK to tell me that her manager called me out my name and she doesn’t like me for just trying to point out the sign and explain my situation. At that point, I didn’t say anything I just simply smiled said thank you for showing me and I left. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody. From the rude staff and wannabe top flight security of the world (not really) The overall disrespect and lack of non-communication is gonna be a hard pass for me. My recommendation for anybody looking for something skip this place completely.

The manager kicked me out and told me I had until the end of December to leave. They did not even wait until new years was done and changed the door lock and locked me out of my own apartment even though I paid everything needed. Days later a staff member called me asking me if I was going to renew the lease or leave as if I was leaving on my own accord. Awful people. Awful service. I hope karma gets to that manager. The worse part of all is that when I signed the leasing contract I asked the person handling the paper work if I was able to end the contract if needed because I was a college student that is waiting for housing in my college. She told me there was not problem. However, when I tried to end my lease they told me I was not able to do that and that it would be a break of my contract. Then months later they would just kick me out just because the manager was in a bad mood and I was not compliant to her ego. I was respectful never insulted nor raised my voice. I even thanked her for her time. What an awful woman is the manager.
