I’ve lived here since 2020 and this is by far the best management team we have ever had here at The Adelphi. They are committed to providing a community atmosphere. We have resident events throughout the month that are curated by the management team. The manager Maria Torres is always available to facilitate resolution to any problem a resident may have during their stay and can’t say enough about what an awesome job Trenton in the office does and always warm, smiling and welcoming. I love my apartment and this team we have and have no plans to move anytime soon:) I hope this helps anyone on the fence and considering moving to this community.

Honestly i have been here 7-8 months and Maria has worked with me every step when i need help she always figures it out. Also the stuff is so welcoming every time i walk pass the lobby or see them on my floor. Security is good for the building the doors always locked and garage as well. If the garage is broke or stuck it never takes long for them to fix. I’ll definitely stay another year!

I’ve had a really pleasant experience living at Adelphi Apartments. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and has a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, which makes it feel like home. The location is excellent and very convenient, close to everything you need in Dallas. Management and staff have always been kind and professional, and maintenance is responsive when needed. Overall, Adelphi is a lovely place to live. I truly enjoy the environment and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located community.

Now that we are completely moved out I will say what everyone that lives at Adelphi wants to. That lady they brought in the office is the most miserable, hateful, unpleasant, unprofessional, smart mouth, inadequate “manager” ever heard of. Don’t believe me? Just ask around. Not one of my neighbors, or friends have anything pleasant to say about Maria. Although we have loved living at Adelphi for years, we made a decision to find somewhere else to live, simply because of her. I used to look forward to going into the office to chitchat with the leasing team and other managers before Maria. Since she has been in the office, office visits feel like you’re in a Motel 6 lobby, with a front desk worker that hates their job. We will miss Adelphi, our neighbors, and friends. We refuse to pay the amount of rent we paid, and have to deal with a smart mouth miserable lady. I have sent Shannon several emails concerning Maria, she has yet to respond. Maybe this review will get her attention.

Another edit on christmas day Another edit... more cockroaches! Edit to review (6 months later) This place is just as bad if not worse. Gate to parking garage is constantly broken from people forcing it open or even driving through it. Constantly having to deal with random vehicles in the parking garage, as well as property damage to resident vehicles. The random vehicles in/out have been promoting break ins (that have been happening every week) multiple A/C units still do not work on the 4th floor and the hallway temperatures exceed 84 degrees daily. Cockroaches are out of hand here, you can see them running up the walls at night and scattering when you open the trash room doors. This is not a safe or comfortable place to call home. ----------------------------------------- This is not a residential community. This is an Airbnb hotel, sorry I mean corporate lease community. Check out the 30+ lock boxes attached to side of the building, or one of dozens scattered throughout the parking garage affixed to the railing. Enjoy new guests staying at your home every night, destroying your personal property, stealing your belongings, blowing up the hallways with marijuana smoke, and throwing pool parties in your backyard, if the pool is even open. You best believe you can walk the community the next day and find their trash piled high in the hallways, parking garage, and other shared areas. Each property Management that has promised change but ends up leaving after 6-8 months
