EDITED TO ADD: Misty is the most unhelpful district manager I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. You would think you would want to know about the rampant mold issues that was never fixed and appliances that just fall out. Apparently she doesn’t care. Oh, they also tow cars constantly as well. I really regret moving here, from all the mold that was never cleaned out of the HVAC, to my kitchen sink falling out, bathroom sink falling out and incessantly blinking light in the primary bedroom. The biggest insult is not receiving the move in giftcard that was a part of our leasing contract. The ONLY saving grace about this apartment is Trenton who constantly goes out of his way to make sure that residents feel heard and understood. Maria is a great property manager as well- I just wish that this building was better maintained and that my kitchen wasn’t falling apart and that I didn’t have to breathe in mold for an entire year. I am beyond frustrated that we haven’t gotten our giftcard because we were supposed to receive it in March- it’s May and we’ve moved out.

Applied for an apartment here after seeing on their website that applicants would receive an answer by May 7. Submitted everything requested immediately: pay stubs, bank statements, rental history, pet screening, previous addresses, landlord contacts, everything. After several follow-up calls, I was repeatedly told their third-party screening company had not finished the process and that I personally needed to contact my landlord and help complete their verification work myself. I provided all contact information already, which is exactly what the application and screening fees are supposed to cover. I have rented several apartments, credit score 800, etc, never experienced a process handled like this. For all these reasons, I requested reimbursement of the application fees, but nobody answered. It has now been 9 days and there is still no approval or denial decision. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor communication. Also interesting that almost all the 5-star reviews appear to come from profiles with only one review. Curious.

Thank you to Trenton for helping me find a great apartment. Trenton was professional and personable and gave me a number of different options to consider within the must-haves and deal-breakers I gave him when looking for a new apartment.
