Tealwood Apartments and Townhomes

Roberto I just wanna say he did a real real excellent job he came through and fixed. What need to be fixed and did an excellent job thank you so much. I will recommend him to anyone. He’s a great maintenance guy. Thank you.

I don't leave in these apartments, but if you're visiting someone that do live in these apartments, and you stay overnite, youight want to keep a lookout for your car to be illegal towed. Supposedly, you are to register your car for visitors parking, but there are no signs posted saying you need to register car. Most apartments have signs posted at the entrance gate and throughout the complex with either the website or a QR code to scan to register your car. Tealwood DOES NOT have anything like that in their complex. And I am not the only one that this has happened to. I am filing a complaint and will be speaking to a lawyer about this issue and what needs to be done to rectify this problem so that others wont have to go through this.

I’ve lived here 3 years and this new maintenance is amazing! Roberto is literally chefs kiss! I feel more comfortable putting in a work order now! Long story short, I had a leak that was out of my control and not only did he come fix the leak, but he made sure it wasn’t just patched to mess up again later. He fixed my lights that haven’t been working, my sink, my bathroom door that wouldn’t close since I moved in, my oven & stovetop. Just above & beyond grateful for the new maintenance team, especially Roberto!

(Roberto) came in and Fixed the oven that was out for a week, Replaced the A/C system , changed the filter, fixed the bedroom door that was literally hanging by 1 Nail! Grateful to have met Roberto❗️Very Quick, Efficient, and Very professional! Real cool and Respectful Man💪🏾

New maintenance Roberto came and has started so many work orders for my apartment just doing a walkthrough. I had trouble getting repairs, mostly someone would come out and patch things up, but the issues would return shortly after. After placing multiple work orders over the years, I tried finding ways to fix things myself. He's replaced my dishwasher that never worked when I moved in, he fixed the drain to my sink which was filthy over the years not having a garbage disposal. He's opened an order to resurface my feeling bathtub & replaced my water damaged bathroom vent. I am so appreciative of his help!
