Luis E. was amazing when my AC went out after hours on a Saturday. He called me within a minute of me submitting the maintenance request and was at my door within five minutes. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and reassuring from the start. He stayed late to make sure everything was fixed and working properly. I actually had to leave while he was still working, and he assured me it was no problem and that he would take care of everything. What really stood out was that he followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working okay. It’s clear that he genuinely cares and takes pride in his work. I really appreciated his quick response, professionalism, and kindness throughout the whole process.

Jennifer helped me on move in week with questions and requests I had, she was great!

Just had a great experience with Taner! He was very welcoming, informative, and made the tour feel relaxed and pressure free. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Definitely left me feeling excited and seriously considering making this my next home!

Touring with Adin gives you more than you came to get. When I tell you this man was saying hello to everyone around the complex and was greeted with smiles it is the truth. He made a somewhat stressful apartment hunt go very smooth, and took the time to listen to all of my must haves, and show me as many options as I wanted in the complexes. I came in with a general cost guideline and some other specifics that he may not have been able to accommodate and he pivoted with every apartment to give us the next best option based on my feedback. He also was honest and up front about the best deal he could get for me. If you’re going to lease, lease with Adin! He also cleared a significant portion of time for us when we did not even have an appointment.
