Great place to live.

I just moved here. I have to say the manager was very pleasant to speak with answered all my concerns, very professiona I've been blessed with a great place to live.

This place only gets 5 stars due to Bibiana. Otherwise, it doesn’t deserve a rating. Bibiana, was very helpful in the end of the madness. The apartments changed management several times. No care for the tenants whatsoever. Bibiana, was the only one who made an effort to be personable. She, was always answering my calls and or questions. She was with us until the end, I appreciate her business acumen & abilities to help in any way her job allowed. She was never rude and never ran from us like the others. Thank you Bibiana for all your assistance as a landlord/office management. If it was not for her I would of not given this place a rating at all.

I have been tenet at Swiss Courts for a year and a half. I am a Proffesional Leaders Coach. My observation of the current management brings me to give 5 stars. Now I normally don't give 5 stars because we all can find ways to improve. However given the ways it used to be here and the challenges the New Management took one was 5 star worthy. Brenda and her team are doing a fantastic job. And the atmosphere here shows it. It will be great to have new tenants live here and enjoy the beautiful apts they have worked on. Peaceful and quite a well.
