Just moved in last month. I would have to say Nancy is a very good and Attentive apartment manager. Work orders got handled promptly. And this is a nice area to stay in. Right by the galleria mall.

Nancy was great, from the time I inquired up until the day moved in!! She was very accommodating in this short timeframe I had to move! She made sure she kept in communication with me! When I moved in, there were a few concerns! Nancy Accommodate me quickly! Definitely will keep you guys updated as I embark on my first year of living here!

From the moment I saw the kitchen, I fell in love with my apartment. Cooking is a passion so having a nice kitchen means a lot. Maintenance is quick and detailed. Office manager Nancy is especially easy to talk to. This is the perfect location for my kids and I. It’s close to work, shopping and freeways. Really a great place.

Nancy has been so helpful through my move here to Suncrest apartments I have been here over a month and love it here the maintenance staff are incredible as well great property !!

Nancy at Suncrest Apartments is truly a gem! From the moment I first spoke with her, she was welcoming, helpful, and incredibly professional. She’s always patient and willing to answer any questions, no matter how small, and she handles everything with such grace and kindness. Nancy makes the entire experience of living at Suncrest smoother and more enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about the residents and takes pride in her work.
