Been here for five years and just signed another lease. This is my home and I plan on staying longer. Love the maintenance crew and the cleaning staff. Office and front desk crew are great. When my beloved husband passed away, they made it a point to offer their condolences. There is always someone in the hall that says good morning. Nope, not going anywhere else.

Broderick is the Best of the BEST! He’s so helpful and will do anything he can to give you over the top customer service! If it wasn’t was Broderick I wouldn’t be here! However, I don’t want to leave out the maintenance staff because they are incredible as well. They handle work orders accordingly and you never feel like you’re not safe when they are there with you. They are kind and will answer any questions you have. I can’t leave this please even if I tried. South Side on Lamar hands down is the best place to stay PERIOD!

I’ve had an incredibly positive experience thanks to our concierge James who has been consistently attentive, helpful, and genuinely committed to going the extra mile. Whether it’s assisting me with groceries or finding quick and effective solutions to any issue that comes up, he’s always proactive and dependable. His level of care and professionalism has made a meaningful difference in my day-to-day life. Truly outstanding service—highly appreciated and highly recommended!

David is hands down the best leasing agent I’ve ever worked with! He made the whole leasing and moving process super easy, and honestly went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule from touring to moving in. The concierge and maintenance team are also great! We’ve been here for over a month now and our loft is beautiful plus the rooftop view is amazing!

Moving can be one of the most stressful experiences, but my recent move to South Side on Lamar was an absolute dream. I’ve moved nearly every year for the past 15 years, and I can honestly say this was the smoothest and most enjoyable process I’ve ever had. From start to finish, Keenan went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Whether it was answering my (many) questions, guiding me through the leasing process, or ensuring all the details were handled with care, Keenan made me feel like more than just another tenant—he truly cared about making sure I felt at home from day one. The building itself is stunning, with so much character and charm, but what really sets South Side on Lamar apart is the exceptional service. It’s rare to find a place where the staff is this engaged and genuinely helpful. Moving here has been such a positive experience, and I’m already looking forward to making this my home for years to come.
