In my 35 years in construction / homebuilding and as an international real estate broker I have never experienced customer service this bad. Indio does not return phone calls, they lie to you on the phone when you can get someone live, they hung up on both my client and me on different occasions. My client has gone 6 weeks without a dishwasher, Heating and Air has been an ongoing problem for 6 weeks, primary shower does not work properly since move in, downstairs bedroom had 3 inches of water on the floor this past weekend as well as leaking into other neighbors units due to a screw in the main water line from guys who installed the sheetrock and plumber not putting a plate on the stud to prevent and a bunch of other units - As the broker for my client, I spent all day Sunday moving furniture ourt of bedroom, assisted handy man and restoration guys in getting water out and we have not heard back from Indio management on timeline to repair everything so client can use downstairs bedroom!! My client is miserable about her experience at her DRUID TOWNHOME that Indio Management are in charge of. We have repeatedly asked for the Owner's contact info from Indio and they have refused to respond.

I have called and emailed this company to try and get an issue resolved and have yet to hear back. I have been dealing with a pest issue that has been on going for months at one of their Bishop Ridge properties. There is a rodent/animal in my wall that is waking me up in the middle of the night. The rodent/animal is chewing, scratching, and shuffling in the wall. I have reached out to the leasing office expressing my concern about the animal in my wall and the property damage this animal is causing behind the walls. I have submitted a written pest control request, I have emailed management, called and gone in person and this has yet to be resolved. This issue is causing me to lose sleep, it’s affecting my health and my peace of mind. I will now be seeking legal aid to help me with this matter as nothing else has worked.

If you're moving into an Indio property, David is the kind of knowledgeable, attentive agent you definitely want in your corner.

It's a old property(Austins Place) and they do the bare minimum on maintenance just so it's barely livable if you disregard people falling off the rusted staircases. Communication between tenant and management was none. I was locked out of my apartment after they randomly decided to upgrade to digital door locks without prior notice, not a email not a message nothing. Just opened each apartment door and install locks like you don't even exist. Same thing with the gate code, one day came home and found out the gate code was changed, had to call a neighbor to let me in. Plus very bad moving out experience. The Assistant Community Director told me I was the rude one after I asked her to explain what the extra charges were 4 days after the move-out day. She became very hostile very quick. They will try to get every cent they can get out of you. Housekeeping fee after i thoroughly clean and even vacuumed every single corner. Don't even think about getting the security deposit back, but hi Indio please come up with a better way to make extra bucks here and there, this is not the way. If you're thinking about moving here, do yourself a favor and talk to some neighbors and ask them about their experience. Ask about the lawsuit, ask about the rusty stairs that snapped in half, ask about the random fees monthly, ask about the AC system and you'll find out yourself

Never move to fisher trails apartments in dallas. Since moving in it has been a nightmare. My bathroom flooded at least a dozen times ruining everything including the closet, bedroom floor and my dresser. Staff were cheap to fix the outside pipes that were flooding my apt and a few others. Never once did they remove the flooring so I had mold and mildew everywhere. Called and emailed management numerous time to reimburse when it came to moving out and never heard back. Do Better! By
