Marcelo is very respectful, knows his work , A real skilled electrician I really enjoyed talking and getting to know them Alberto was also a great help , was reassuring and fixed everything . I’m so grateful to have professionals in my corner .

I love our maintenance crew Marcelo, Alberto and Gary. When I put in a work order, Marcelo always acknowledged he received the request and he always complete it in a timely manner. I see the guy cleaning the grounds and making sure the complex looks nice. Another thing if we have concern or issue with our unit they address our concern or direct us in the right direction.

Marcelo work ethic is unmatched, very personable & Genuine person! Definitely a man of his word. Alberto & Gary acknowledged y’all as well. I’m not in the office much so I can’t speak on that end.

Beyond Blessed to be here. The management team is amazing and honest a very rare Find. Also, the maintenance team Marcelo & Alberto go over and beyond to fix requests promptly with a smile and a great vibe. Beautiful landscapes and views. Blessed to be in a community my family can call home.

I have lived here at Treymore since 2012. So far we have the best maintenance staff ever in this property, leading by Alberto, Marcelo & Gary. Anytime I have a request for maintenance Marcelo and Alberto will come right out within minutes and fix my problems! They are very respectful, kind, informative and hard working men These apartments are spacious and safe and clean place to live, never had a complaint Well Done!
