Wonderful property to live in with amazing people and staff. The community feels welcoming and well cared for. I especially love the fire pit during the winter—it makes everything feel so cozy and homey. The amenities are excellent, from the pool to the clubhouse, and everything is thoughtfully maintained. Living here truly feels comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend Remi Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I’ve lived in this building for 11 years. We brought two of our three kids home from the hospital here.m but his ownership and management has really made it a home for us. The smiling faces that welcome our kids and know our names mean everything. Carley, Tatiana, Lillian, Moe and Josael are just a few of the people that make very day living here such a joy!

We've been living here for almost 2 years now. It's such a great building! The concrete walls make all the units soundproof, the views from the higher units are amazing, the apartments are very spacious and the management is THE BEST! They are so open and communicative, they gladly help you with any issue. We also like the resident events, it's a perfect way to meet your neighbours. We wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Dallas.

This property is amazing. Love the fact that Kamarai Hancock took care of us so well and got us more than what we wanted with my price range. If you’re looking for amazing views, luxury high rise and being perfectly centered between uptown and downtown with American Airlines Center only a half a block from the apartment building. Then look no further.

I wouldn't recommend that anyone move in here for awhile. The location is great, but the building is a constant construction zone. Ever since the new property management company took over, they've been in the process of remodeling every apartment in the building, plus the gym, pool, hallways, roof, parking garage and etc. The building is made of concrete, so you can constantly hear the sounds of drills and banging throughout the day. I understand that they have to do this to upgrade the building, but it's extremely irritating to deal with as a resident, especially since it's been going on for around a year now. This place is going to be awesome, but I'd hold off on moving in here until they finish the majority of the upgrades.
