Talked to staff today and asked for a simple welfare check for my disabled uncle we had not heard from because we couldnt not physically make it there in a reasonable time and didnt want to waste valuable police services. They assured us they would do a simple check. We called again after 30 minutes and they assured us again they were literally going right away. Called 7 more times and was placed on hold. By the time my relative was able to arrive, they had all left for the day without a callback. Turns out my uncle had that morning suffered a stroke but in his confusion was still able to limp to the door upon my relative knocking, and then alerted 911. I am not blaming the apartment for his condition. But the lack of accomadation after explaining the situation and interfacing with the staff is frustrating and honest. As such I leave this review for the consideration of prospective tenants and as a learning opportunity for the staff of this property.

I love my apartment my master bedroom rest room/closet. Only thing I don’t like it’s the broken window, broken door, wish I didn’t get the 3rd floor 4 kids lot to take up plus they stuff. Then I pay to park because I don’t have insurance. T.k is amazing don’t get me wrong she gonna help you. She gonna get you in. Just my apartment need some work done

I will start off by saying the staff Tk Is very wonderful & helpful she will try any & everything in her power to help u get In ♥️ BUT This was everything that wasn’t fixed when i moved in but overall I really do love my apartment it’s comfortable & peaceful only thing is maintenance & besides the one time a guy banging on my front door for a walk through at my apartment which I don’t know what that’s about & after a few days of being in my apartment my garbage disposal went out it stinks and maintenance have not stopped by yet Update Maintenance they don’t want to do shit fix NOTHING why do you have a job if u don’t want to work steady taking picture but not fixing my tub that has natual black stains looking like MOLD walls & doors still chipped gotta keep paying rent in a apartment that look like I’m living outside! But at you see more photos are added this what happens when you clean the tub trying to remove the dirty water that’s turning the tub black 3 months here I’m ready to move already

UPDATED: I'm done with the back and forth stalling. I have sent everything to your management and corporate by email in July/August 2025. But want me to contact y'all when it's well over the days of itemized list and receiving the certified letter in the mail from me to return my late Dad's entire security deposit. Yall been had my contact info. But constantly reaching out on a review. Too late for the apologies. Y'all aren't serious on returning my late Dad's security deposit. ENOUGH. See y'all in court suing for triple the security deposit amount, emotional distress and defamation of my late Dad's character. My son and I turned in keys, cleaned apartment, took photos 6/30/25. It's been well over the 30 days to receive the itemized list for my late Dad's security deposit. My late Dad shouldn't owe anything when his rent and utilities were paid in full for the month of June and keys were returned at the end of June. Since there haven't been any understanding what so ever of the situation. Did your management receive a certified letter in the mail that they must sign to give up the entire security deposit within 10 days of receiving the certified letter? If the certified letter is received and I don't receive anything after the 10 days? Most definitely will see y'all in court for triple the security deposit, emotional distress and defamation of character of my late Dad. It's no more talking. The only talking or reading I needs to do is read hey we are going to give up the entire security deposit and of course I want that in fine print cause I don't trust no one's word. Period. Providence Mockingbird is somewhere I wouldn't let your elders stay. It's not security on property when needed. The automated line to call for wellness or emergency maintenance doesn't work majority of the time. You just leaving a message without no one calling back to find out what's going on or their elevators with the double doors doesn't ever work. They are constantly switching employees such as managers etc. Put in a maintenance request to replace the paint on my late Dad's tub. Gets a message saying work order complete. But goes over there to clean up for my late Dad who was 81 years old only to see nothing was done to the paint on the tub. Now. The manager is trying to hold on to a deceased man's security deposit for unpaid electric bill that they continued to have on after my Dad passed away and I turned those keys in, clean the apartment, took pictures and put in writing that the keys were turned in with date including my Dad's name, apartment number and what Rent A Center and the maintenance Mr. Kentity were suppose to get. I did the right thing to call Rent A Center to retrieve their furniture that wasn't paid off. It wasn't any damages to the apartment nor did anyone had to clean it up we did and I have the pictures to proof we did. That's the only way they can get some of that security deposit. Then was lied to about them contacting corporate only to find out they doesn't have corporate's number they claimed. Well. It looks like I will be going to court if I don't get any remaining of my late Dad's security deposit. And. I am also suing for emotional distress. The only folks that had some sense in the matter was TK Edwards, Mrs. Marilyn and I think Mrs. Josie if that's her name. But their manager gets a big thumbs down. She wasn't professional she didn't want to look into why the electric bill was so high and stated it wasn't any rent charged. Then it shouldn't be no electric bill charged or a move out date. It should had been documented which it was when keys was returned that's what they need to go by. Instead a former employee before quitting Asia put in their system i returned the keys on July 7, 2025 how when the keys was already turned in on June 30, 2025. Other then that. Mrs. Edwards, Mrs. Marilyn and Mrs. Josie apologize about the situation but that doesn't justify the fact why my late Dad's security deposit is being withheld is beyond me. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live there. If I could give zero stars I would.

Community need a ton of work being with better management accountability. It's very sad to see such a nice property continue to go down as such. FYI, this trash has been plied up for over I have lived in this complex 13years so I have seen these apartments go through the good,bad and ugly.How with recent management it's been nothing but headache and stress. When trying to get things fixed in my home it takes 2-3 months to get basic things fixed thats after putting in multiple work orders to have mantaince come. I've complained about a mode issue last year which everyone knows is a health issue no one has yet to be sent out to take care of the issue. Ive had flooding in my apartment multiple occasions no one came out to repair it to last work order I made.I am to the point I will be contacting corporate as well as filing so complains with the city about these things because they need to be made aware in order to fix these major issues in the management of this property.To add just two months ago my apartment was shot through due to the bad crime in the apartment. Since them management has made zero attempt to repair the bullet holes in my home which I've asked about multiple times.Thisbis extremely traumatizing for my family yet no one cares. Also the manager Carmen who was made aware of the neighbors involvement in the shooting and how my family were innocent bystander. She has made no attempt to remove the tenants from the property and instead has renewed their lease after know their involvement in my family being victimized. So not only do they not care about the tenants needs they don't care about the safety & well being.This is the last draw & I will not be renewing my lease this year and will be looking for a new place to live due to the the stress and experience of it all. I WILL SAY THIS IS NOT A ISSUE WITH TAM PROPERTY BECAUSE I'VE LIVE ON OTHER PROPERTIES THEY HAVE WITH NO ISSUSES. I ALSO HAD NO ISSUES LIVING HERE THE FIRST 5-6 YEARS OF LIVING ON THE PROPERTY BEFORE THE CHANCED MANAGEMENT. THIS IS A MANAGEMENT ISSUES AND I HOPE THAT THE OWNERS TAKE A LOOK AT FIXING IT BEFORE THOS PROPERTY IS SHUT DOWN.
