Christina did a fantastic job with our move-in orientation. She was very thorough and provided great detail while walking us through everything in the home. She made sure we understood everything and answered any questions we had. The whole process felt smooth and welcoming thanks to her. We truly appreciate her help!

I had a great experience with Hector, a technician from Progress Residential. He came out to fix my garage door and did an excellent job getting it working smoothly again. I really appreciated how thorough, knowledgeable, and professional he was. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on. It’s hard to find techs who are both skilled and honest, and Hector definitely delivered. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. He truly deserves all the praise for his professionalism, expertise, and outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Hector came to fix my toilet today and provided amazing service. He came in very knowledgeable about the issue I was having and explained to me clearly what was going on and how he would fix it. He was very friendly, polite and quick to get the job done correctly. I would prefer Hector on future service request and recommend him to everyone. You will be pleased believe me!
