The property manager Joy is the most dedicated, friendly and helpful person ever !! Kudos to carlos too for all the help with the home !! Quiet place, good neighborhood. Absolutely love it..These two folks are the pillars of this apartment honestly !!

I have lived at Preston Bridge for 2 1/2 years and the newest Manager, Joy, is absolutely wonderful. Her first priority is the complex and getting things done, which did not happen prior to her arrival. Also, Carlos, the maintenance man is fantastic. He always has a smile on his face and his quick to fix any issues. The complex itself is a little older, but my apartment was completely redone before I moved in, including all new appliances, flooring, and carpet.

My time while renting for Preston Bridge apartments was nothing but a pleasure! Everyone was so kind and helpful, the apartment itself was wonderful (beautiful structure, massive windows, wonderful HVAC, a fitting layout) and the grounds themselves were quiet, peaceful, and always well taken care of. I felt a sense of community while living there and would recommend this place to a friend! Specifically, Joy was a joy to be renting from :)

I am currently at a sister property Kensington apt., and i am moving to Preston Bridge apt mainly due to the Manager Joy. Her customer service is impeccable, she listens and always willing to get you solutions. I Look forward to call this home.

The manager, Joy is amazing! She tries to do everything that she can to make your living situation better! The maintenance man Carlos is the best maintenance person ive had in an apartment!
