Perry Row Townhomes

I have literally never written a bad review in my life - but it has gotten to the point with this complex that there is no other choice. Our AC has been broken for multiple months. It has been anywhere from 78-82 degrees in our bedrooms, resulting in my roommates and I sleeping downstairs on our couch for probably 20+ nights. Keep in mind we are grown working women with careers and we are having sleepovers on our couch. Once this complex got bought out, they now randomly charge us in our fees every month. Absolutely no transparency or communication with this complex. A small example: being charged every month for our trash valet while our trash can literally gets TAKEN by management every few weeks. Better get walking to the dumpster for every single trash bag! We have been getting our steps in! Cheers! A big example: getting a paper in our mailbox telling us that foundation work would be happening around the complex over the next week or two. Little did I know that that meant OUR unit - meaning that when I walked outside to go to work, and I opened the garage door, I see the heads of 4 men who have already dug man holes at the ripe hour of 8:00 am. Therefore, my car was stuck in the garage for 2 DAYS in the middle of the work week. Think I could just work from home? Think again! The house was literally shaking back and forth. I couldn’t take any meetings while trapped in my house due to the noise level. I essentially had to take 2 days off of work because they failed to communicate ANYTHING to us. You would think that a resident would be warned that their townhouse was about to be undergoing extensive foundation work, because that is not a crazy ask. Think again! We live at Perry Row. Also, before I end this, my roommates ceiling began to cave in due to a water leak that was caused by our AC being broken. Took them days to respond. Only time I’ve ever seen them act urgently was when I took off MORE work to go into the office and see them face to face to tell them our ceiling was caving in. There was no emergency line set up. Perry Row, check your maintenance requests! Thanks so much. Side note - Jasmine was nice when I spoke with her at the beginning, and she got a few packages for me. I do think she is trying her best coming to work at a property where there were already issues. Wanted to give some positivity to someone who deserves it.

I have loved living here until it was bought out and renamed to Perry Row in December 2025. Since then, our AC has stopped working 8 times; leaving us to live in temperatures as high as 82 and sleeping in our downstairs office multiple nights. We always put in maintenance requests which go unacknowledged minimum 2-3 business days, usually longer. The time previous to now, the AC drip pan overflowed and water broke through the ceiling (with a request to come check the AC pending for 2 days already). There have been no apologies or acknowledgement of the inconvenience for any of the times we have been without air conditioning. We have lived here for 2 years with no problems until the new management stepped in. There has also been an additional fee for “property protection” when the gates stay open 24/7 and the walk through from the (zero security or monitored) visitor parking gates don’t actually lock. There was two days when my roommate was stuck in the unit due to foundation repairs happening outside of our garage without warning of the work being directly in our garage. She had to cancel 2 days of meetings because the construction was so loud she could not work. I truly would not recommend living here.

!!!!Beware—these are paid reviews! Nothing they say is true; they scam people. I lived there for two years, and when I moved out, they told me they would send my security deposit within 15 days. Liars!!!! It never happened. They completely washed their hands of the matter, and their excuse was that the property had changed ownership—which shouldn't be an acceptable excuse. There are serious plumbing issues... and the AC units break down in the summer. Get ready to endure the most horrible heat of your life; they take weeks to fix it and never offer you any rent credits or discounts. They never finish what they start. I'm still waiting for my refund, and it's already been 8 months.... It's nothing but a total scam!!!!!!!!!!!

Perry Row Townhomes is a really solid place to live. Jasmin is super helpful and easy to work with, she actually cares and gets things handled quick. The place stays nice and it’s a chill area. Definitely recommend it.

Renters beware. The recent positive reviews are likely paid for by the new property manager. I have lived here for a while and the community could not be more unhappy or dissatisfied with the new property manager. The townhomes themselves are fine, but they will make sure you regret moving here if you do. Towing, multiple vehicle break-ins in the visitor parking spots (located outside the complex in an unmonitored/ungated area), will not complete requested repairs or schedule repairs ahead of time (nor allow you to be home during repairs), constantly has workers working outside of the home (including on two story ladders outside of bedroom windows) with no warning—just to name a few examples. They will also fine/tow you for parking 2 seconds in front of your home but let their construction workers freely block garages and park daily in the “fire lane” without issue. Highly recommend you find another place to call home. You will thank me later.
