Just had a tour provided by the leasing agent Caroline. She is the best, answered all my questions with no hesitation along with a great attitude/personality. She definitely helped with my decision.

DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They do not care about their tenants. The leasing office is no help. The bookkeeping regarding your rent is not helpful. They will place charges on your account and refuse to remove them when it’s their fault. The corporate office will be receiving an email. I wish I could give them zero stars. The only time you will see the manager is when she driving around the property smoking her cigarette and not being helpful at all.

I am new to Patriot Ridge and to Texas. From the first time I walked into the office Wylene and her team were AMAZING! My move in went smooth. Any time I’ve needed something done, it was done immediately and professionally. The office staff has become a great community family to help me navigate not only home but the area as a whole. The community has been quiet for me and my neighbors the same for the most part.

I absolutely love my place ! I’ve been here over a year very quiet peaceful place. Also well kept grounds. My kids love pool. And I’m in love with the workout center ! Ms.Johnson is the BEST ! Her assistant is very nice as well, both very patient and helpful ! My kids and I love living here !

I called this property and spoke with Ms Johnson and she invited me to tour the property. I must say this property is very well kept I was impressed. The leasing agent was kind and very friendly she showed me 2 units. I look foward to leasing with this property Ms Johnson was genuinely professional and answered all my questions. I can tell she runs a tight ship because the ground look emulate. Clean property is very important to me.
