Park Hill

I had a visitor yesterday and properly registered his vehicle in the system as a visitor, following all the rules. At the front gate, there is a sign clearly stating that visitors must register their vehicle or it will be towed. The sign does not say anything about where visitors are allowed to park, nor does it mention specific visitor parking spots. Unfortunately, the visitor parking area was completely full, so my guest parked in an empty spot nearby. There were plenty of open spots at the time. Even so, his car was towed. When I went to the leasing office and explained the situation to the manager that the visitor was registered, that visitor parking was full, and that the signage only mentions registration, her response was very cold and dismissive. She basically told me that my guest should just leave and that visitors are not allowed to park anywhere on the property if visitor parking is full. There was no effort to help, no explanation, and no concern for the inconvenience this caused. As a resident, this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I followed the rules exactly as they are posted, yet my guest was still penalized and I was brushed off as if it didn’t matter. This kind of attitude is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for residents. Situations like this make me seriously consider moving.
