4/15/2025 Alicia and the owners of these apartments refuse to take accountability on the vermin problem. They lie and say this was a problem a decade ago and not an ongoing issue. You should be ashamed of yourselves for lying to people about these inhabitable apartments you work for.

Diana Z. is the worse assistant apartment manager I have ever encountered in my life. They didn't renew my lease. Diana said on the phone since I am always unhappy that my lease is up so she wasn't going to renew it. Okay fine. My lease is up Nov 24th. I am in the hospital at Methodist and I emailed Diane to see why the portal doesn't show a prorated rent. I also inform her I am in the hospital. The lack of empathy having self says I have to bring in a money order of cashier's check. I know I just told you I was in the hospital. Was in the hospital from Oct. 30- Nov. 3rd. She says have someone else on the lease bring it in. Umm you can't tell me who to allow access to my account. Like come on. Fix the portal so I can pay you, woman. Nope she wouldn't so I decided right then and there they would have to wait. Now, since Diana didn't want to update the portal she puts notice on the door. Woman, our lease is up on the 24th of Nov. I think she put notice on the door around the 7th. On the 11th she enters into the property. Texas law states a landlord in Texas cannot enter a tenant's home without permission unless there is an emergency or the tenant has abandoned the property. The Texas Property Code states that a landlord must give reasonable notice to the tenant before entering the premises. Then she proceeds to send emails in all cap locks! What we aren't going to do is that. Why are you being unprofessional Diana? Cap lock emails is a form of yelling. It is 2024. Stop that. Now again, I was like let me pay the lady. But she wouldn’t stop with the cap locks. So, now I am annoyed. No payment, I don't care. I move my stuff out on the 14th. My son and his family who are on the lease are still there waiting on their new place. She waits until my son takes his daughter to school on the 20th and she changes the locks. So, I told my son to call the constable at Precinct 1. The constable states there is no eviction notice and that he can file a re-entry notice. No need to because he got back into the apartment. He proceeds to move his things while Diana is riding around on her golf cart looking. Now what she thought someone was going to beg to get back into the home. Nope! All of this unnecessary mess could have been avoided if she had an ounce of empathy. So, I am not done. We use Flex in September to pay rent. Flex took my payment out. However, they couldn't pay the portal for some reason. I showed Diana where they took the payment out. This woman is going to try to give me a late fee because she was like well they didn't take the payment out of your account. I have the emails to prove it. I had to send her screenshots to show her. It is like her compassion or lack of understanding is low. I sent pictures to her showing that the paint on the ceiling and in the master bedroom was chipping, she acted as if it meant nothing. This was in Feb of 2024, we moved in Nov 2023. Work orders. I would put a work order in and it would be marked complete. I WFH no one has been to my place. Mice! Lord! We actually have had to un-alive four mice. Maybe someone else will have a better experience, I don't know but she is the worse representation of a company I have ever encountered. She never says she is wrong. I could keep going on the time is proved her wrong in a situation and yes I have email proof. Heck I even apologized to her when I was wrong, again email proof. To the corporate office if you read this. Diana is not a good reflection on what you need as a representative or face of your business. I would give a negative infinity rating if I could dealing with her.

Was going to lead an apartment today and I had to wait forever the leasing manager or leasing agent in the first left office don’t greet us or say she’ll be with us in a minute. Nope in stead we just wait then the post office mail person comes in with big packages saying they won’t fit in the mail box and if she can leave them in the office for customers to come access with someone else taking them and the leasing agent told her to take the packages back to the post office or leave them at the mail box y’all the lady had 6 large packages . From that I can tell they don’t like there attendants or care for their community. It’s a pass for me

A/C doesn’t work. Had to beg them repeatedly to fix it. It worked a week and it’s out again, for who knows how long. Yet, I pay rent every single month. I cannot wait until my lease is up. Rats have now entered my apartment as I see so many other tenants complaining about. There’s two nasty mattresses laying out by the dumpster for two weeks now, I guess they’re going to leave them there. It’s like living in the slums. Do not consider moving here. I’m going to ask them only once more to fix my a/c then I’m going to report them!

Worst apartments ever. If you are looking for a sign whether you should move to these apartments or not this is your sign NOT to move to these apartments. My husband has cancer and he cannot be exposed to the cold because of his immune system and our heater and a/c has been out for a week. I have called multiple times a day and they answer and then they click. They always say they are going to get it fixed the same day and they don’t. Maintenance had came and turned of one of the breakers and now I can’t cook because there is no power to the stove. When you call for a maintenance emergency they never answer. Horrible experience also there is ants in the winter and crickets in the summer and spiders year round. They don’t take care of the pest they care more about making the property “pretty” rather than the residents concerns. I know i am not the only one. I also been having an on and off leak in the restroom that hasn’t gotten fixed and i’ve been telling them since the summer of last year. Also walls are super thin and there is always people breaking into vehicles and the office doesn’t do anything about it nor do they pay for the damages. Ladies at the leasing office are rude as well. Also the plumbing sucks you have to flush alot in order for everything to go. I have brought these concerns to the leasing office multiple times and still nothing. I hope with this review they will finally fix everything wrong with the apartment. WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!! Don’t move here! Rent is not worth spending at these apartments.
