I love the view I have of this place from 511 Akard 1318. I have a DHA HCV Voucher and am interested in moving, but I have a family member going in the nursing home here very soon and really was trying to move to Irving Tx. 062 061 area for easy access to West Irving TRE Station; just wanted to share that I have always enjoyed my view in the direction of your Building. Recently moved in and have had a wonderful leasing experience. The property manager, Alizá, was very helpful and responsive to questions during the leasing and move-in process. My leasing consultant, Robby, was very friendly and helpful, and made it exciting to move in. Trey, the maintenance supervisor, did a wonderful job with the make-ready. Move-in day was seamless, and I had a lovely welcome gift waiting for me in my apartment. My first night, I locked myself out of my apartment, and then out of the building 🤣 (the building is VERY secure). Several friendly residents and Naood, working the late shift at the front desk, helped me get back into my apartment. Really appreciate the visible security presence in the garage and in the building at all hours. Love my apartment and very happy with my choice to live here so far. Recommend!
