The management staff makes living here AMAZING. The property is gorgeous and the amenities are top notch. Love the location and walking the Katy Trail every day. Have NEVER had maintenance respond like Juan and his team do at KT. He’s JUAN in a MILLION! Love this community!

Maintenance is AMAZING — Juan is the kindest and most thoughtful soul, so punctual! Taylor & Monica are my go to girls! They always keep me in the loop on package updates, and were a huge help during the freeze — warned me to keep my tap running! Mandy is always so energetic and understanding! When I had an issue with my puppy barking she was so helpful and gave me solutions that ended up working!

This is the first property that I genuinely love living at! This place is awesome. The front desk ladies are amazing, Juan the Maitenance man couldn't be better. They truly make it feel like home and it wouldn't be the same without them. I've lived here 2.5 years and plan on renewing again in the spring.
