I want to recognize the Christy for her outstanding help with a recent rent/account issue I experienced. Dealing with billing concerns can be stressful, but she handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and clear communication from start to finish. She took the time to thoroughly review my account, explain everything in detail, and ensure the issue was resolved quickly and accurately. I truly appreciated how responsive and understanding they were throughout the process. It’s reassuring to know the management team genuinely cares about residents and works hard to resolve concerns fairly and efficiently. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I recently toured this community and had such a great experience. Christy, the assistant manager, was so helpful from start to finish. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, and Christy made the entire tour feel comfortable and stress free. Highly recommend asking for her if you stop by!

Just moved into Maple District Lofts and I’m seriously impressed. The property is beautiful, the vibe is calm but still feels like you’re in the middle of everything, and the move-in process was way easier than I expected. Maddy deserves the biggest shout-out. She was amazing through the entire process, especially when I had a bunch of questions and some last-minute moving chaos. She stayed on top of everything, communicated clearly, and was genuinely helpful the whole time. Move-in day went smoothly, and my apartment looked great when I arrived. Clean, ready, and no weird surprises. If you’re looking at Maple District Lofts, I’d absolutely recommend it, and I’d definitely recommend working with Maddy if you can.

Whatever you do, do NOT move here. I have visited on many occasions as I know people who live here and they cannot wait to leave. First thing you notice upon arrival is how unsafe the complex is. Gates might as well be non-existent. They’re always open and have remain unfixed for months and months. I have personally experienced homeless people walking inside the property and on several occasions felt unsafe. While this is important, the most prominent issue with this property is trash. It’s like walking into a literal dumpster. The smell in the parking garage is horrendous and trash of all sorts can be seen in every corner. Trash rooms are never cleaned out and have accumulated what looks like years worth of trash. I would not be surprised if the property found itself infested with rats and other pests soon. All in all, I STRONGLY advise anyone considering moving here to look elsewhere until further notice.

I’ve lived here 4, nearly 5 years and this past year this place has become a dumpster. I truly cannot express my excitement to leave. PLEASE NOTE! That all good, 5 start reviews are related to service or attention from the office. The real reviews come from actual residents who experience this place falling apart every day. There has been an ongoing trash issue since the begging of this year. We’ve tried to be patient while new management took over however no improvements have been made. The property is quite literally falling apart. Every single trash room is overflowing. Ever. Single. Day. There literally isn’t a day that goes by where the property looks clean, free of trash, or decent. The whole parking garage smells like trash. If you tour this property PLEASE tour the whole complex. Not just what they show you when you tour. Take a look at the garage and staircases to get the reality of this place. Multiple complaints have been made by other residents, including myself and absolutely nothing has changed. In fact, the gates don’t even work now. Both gates to the garage are completely open and have been for at least 2 weeks. Anyone can come in to the property, posing a huge safety concern as the surrounding area is full of homeless. Last weekend as I was driving in, I saw a man digging through our trash, contributing to the disgusting entrance we must see every day when arriving home.
