Tenants should have been given the option to leave their leases when major management and security changes occurred. What was once a well-maintained and comfortable place to live has become the opposite. Personally, I cannot wait until my lease ends so I can move. I would not recommend.

I had a great experience working with Kinnidi as my leasing agent. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions and made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend working with her!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Management Experience Management at this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing and unreliable. A package that was very important to my son was accidentally delivered to their sister property. This issue was brought to management’s attention, and yesterday he was clearly told that staff would go to the sister complex and retrieve the package today. When my son went to the office today (01/21/26) to follow up, there was a different manager on duty who made no effort to assist. She stated she did not know how to access the area where packages are stored and offered no alternative solution, no follow-up, and no urgency. As a result, my son currently has no access to essential items or funds, leaving him unable to purchase food, charge his vehicle, or prepare for basic needs. This is especially concerning with an ice and snow storm expected to impact the Dallas area on Friday, when residents should be preparing for emergency conditions. The lack of communication between staff, failure to follow through on commitments, and absence of concern for a serious situation reflects very poorly on management. This was not a minor inconvenience — it directly affected a resident’s ability to prepare for an emergency. I strongly recommend that upper management address staff training, accountability, and coordination between sister properties. Residents deserve better support and professionalism.

I have lived at this property for just over a year. Initially, I was very happy here, but things have changed significantly since the new management team took over including closing down the leasing office in my building, making it very difficult to get a hold of anybody. I have a prosthetic leg and now I have to walk over to talk to them because nobody ever picks up the phone. . Today I tried to call multiple times nobody picked up, but when I walked over, the staff was all sitting there at their desks doing nothing. …The staff has been consistently unhelpful and, at times, rude on the phone. The only team member who has shown genuine care and professionalism is James. When I first moved in, I had difficulty setting up my electricity account due to an issue left behind by the previous tenant. I contacted the office several times for assistance but never received meaningful help. As a result, I was forced to pay for the vacant account, which was much more expensive. I eventually resolved the issue myself after finding an electric company willing to help—something the on-site team should have handled from the start. Looked at my rent today and yet again another electric electricity charge that apparently is dated a month back… each charge should be up-to-date on each month so that tenants can sufficiently plan their finances. Throughout the summer, the pool area frequently hosted parties that lasted well past 3 AM, with loud music and excessive noise. I repeatedly tried to reach the courtesy officer, but the provided phone number never connected to anyone. Despite bringing this up to the leasing office multiple times, the only suggestion offered was to move units, which is not a reasonable solution. I’ve also had an ongoing cockroach problem in my apartment. Although I requested a full fumigation, the maintenance team only sprayed lightly in a few areas, which did not solve the issue. Additionally, many of the pool chairs have been damaged for months and never replaced, making it difficult to enjoy the amenities that are advertised as part of the community experience. Overall, the quality of this property has declined noticeably. Communication is poor, resident concerns are dismissed, and maintenance of the building and common areas has been neglected. At this point, I would not recommend living here unless management takes serious steps to improve service and accountability. My dishwasher also broke a few weeks back maintenance came in, took a look at. It said they would order the part. I had to call multiple times and in a week’s time. Finally I was able to get some results and get my dishwasher fixed.. I’ve been holding off on this review for a long time and anticipation that things would change and it does not seem to be. The one Star was very generous if there was a zero star at this particular juncture, I would do that.
