Magnolia Trace Apartments

Gwen Ebony and Juan are amazing! This is a beautiful well Maintained property and it shows! First of all the curb appeal is stunning, then you enter the clubhouse and are welcomed with a smile from Ebony every time!!! The pool is beautiful and the amenities are fantastic! Very very clean, Gwen is an absolutely gem! Don’t think twice about leasing here you will not regret it!

It was an out of time,but moved here and dart train is noisy,all day and night,shower small stores to far got no car,downstairs new tenants arguing and smell of pot,not my choice,but my kids had to move me out,I wanted by I-30 or Mariposa apartments at western heights,am stuck here for now,gotta pay gas electricity and who knows what else,like to see outside but is woods and heard coyotes is fenced though,should've stayed at Parmore Arcadia Trails is $1040,free water all electricity tall ceilings and big space rooms at Parmore Arcadia Trails. Was here for 6 days no water heater messed up left it,to go to daughters for,yet was told to bathe, cook and shower how without water not fair wasn't called that it was ready by manager nor helper in office,bet I won't get discount on rent,am hispanic,born in Corpus Christi,also if I would've had water, be different plus I can't bend alot due to arthritis on back and knees all lives matter especially Hispanics. I left Monday night, came back Monday afternoon.

I live here on the property and I am so confused about how they’re figuring up the rent. I’m being charged one amount for a 50%, as some of the other tenants their payment is lower and I’m the only one in a 50% paying the higher rate. And I have talked with the manager on numerous occasions and I am told that it will be taking care of. But it’s obviously not going to happen. I’ve been here 4yrs and I have never 👎 dealt with any thing like this before and I am seriously considering moving when my lease expires. I’m am so frustrated with this situation. I use to brag on this place but I am absolutely exhausted and lost for words. I’m about to throw up both my hands 🙌 and not in a good way. This property is truly going down.

I need for the owner to answer my review because the manager that they have running this place is messy and rude to people
