Magnolia on Moser

I had a great experience living at Magnolia on Moser for 5 years and a big part of that was thanks to the manager Jessica Phillips. She was always on top of things, quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and incredibly easy to communicate with. Anytime I needed something, she was not only helpful but also genuinely kind and professional. It made a huge difference knowing that I could count on her for support. Maintenance is quick to respond and always do a great job fixing any issues I've had, are very friendly and trustworthy. Best apartment I've ever lived in hands down!!!

Magnolia on Moser is by far one of the best properties I have lived at. Great location, quiet and clean! A big shoutout to Yesenia (leasing consultant) and Jessica (property manager), for being some of the nicest people- they always respond to any request in a timely manner and willing to help when needed. Maintenance is also quick to fix any issue. 10/10 property and staff!!

I love living at Magnolia on Moser! I moved in almost a year ago, and just resigned my lease. Management is always quick to respond to issues and is very helpful with problem solving. Jessica is an amazing property manager. Even amidst a lot of growth and construction on Henderson, the building is still pretty quiet and feels safe and secure. Yesenia does a great job showing the building and answering questions during the inquiry and lease signing process.
