Can’t say enough good things about this place! Maintenance requests always on time. Super friendly and helpful leasing staff. Great dog park even for an active dog with lots of great pups to play with. Great gym and pool. Love it here!

The apartment gym is fantastic! It’s always clean, well-maintained, and has a great variety of equipment for both cardio and strength training. I love that it’s open 247 making it super convenient to fit workouts into my schedule. The space is never too crowded, and the atmosphere is perfect for staying motivated. Having this gym as part of the amenities is a huge bonus—definitely one of my favorite parts of living here!

Love living here. The apartment is well-maintained with modern appliances and a spacious living area. The amenities they have gym, pool, garage, have definitely met my expectations. Management team is incredibly responsive and maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours which, is a huge plus. I would definitely recommend loft+row to anyone looking for a comfortable modern apartment in a central location.

Stay away. Terrible management, will lie and cheat you. Moved in August 2021. Townhouse was completely destroyed. Carpets wet, clearly never cleaned after previous tenets. Pics below. Management promised to pay to have our stuff moved out and then apartment cleaned. Instead of paying they left the bill for cleaning and movers at my door even though I have proof they said they’d pay for it. Moved out after 4 months because of the awful experience. Now chasing me for a made up 650 dollars. Go anywhere else

I have lived at Loft+Row for a year and have enjoyed every day in my apartment home. I chose the A2 floor plan with a downtown view. Walking through my front door and seeing the Dallas skyline lit up at night brings me a lot of joy. When I entertain or have friends over I always leave the blinds up for everyone to enjoy, too. The Cons: The move in process can be slow due to the stairs but it is completely worth it once you're moved in. I highly suggest hiring great movers to assist you with carrying your items up the flights of stairs if you choose the one bedroom apartment homes. As for groceries, I normally order my groceries through Amazon so they're delivered at waiting at my door when I get home to make it less of a hassle. Ordering in, unless it's during business hours, will require you to go down and greet the delivery driver. However, the fact that no one really has access, other than other tenants, to the upstairs units makes me feel very safe in my apartment home. It's also made me second guess ordering in - so it's saved me money. Hm, maybe this is a pro? The Pros: The events are always incredible and the leasing staff is so much fun. Tanisha & Linda thank you for all that you do. The other residents who live on site make it a lot of fun, too. We recently had a holiday party where we exchanged white elephant gifts and dressed in ugly Christmas sweaters. The property provided delicious gourmet pizza, sweet treats, and adult beverages. It has been a wonderful opportunity to meet my neighbors and form a stronger sense of community with the other tenants in my own hall. I'm in my 30s and at times it reminds me of college, in the best of ways, where I actually wave and say hello to friends I see walking down the hall. The maintenance staff. Any time I have needed help with my apartment, whether it be my own goof, or something going amiss, I always get a resolution. Additionally, Matt leaves well written notes in my apartment home, so when I come home I know exactly what's been done and how things will or have been resolved. Parking. Honestly, I haven't had an issue ever since they enforced towing of vehicles that don't belong to residents. I can always find a space on property or in front of the leasing office. When I have friends or family over there's plenty of street parking available or nearby. Typically, I take an Uber if I am going out later in the evening so when I return I don't have to worry about lack of spaces. All in all, no apartment home is perfect but Loft + Row is has been the perfect Dallas experience for me. I've enjoyed my home and I know you will, too.
