I've recently had the pleasure of being a resident of La Vita on Lovers Lane for the past year. The location was quiet, management was very attentive to work requests & account clarifications and overall the property was very clean. The complex is within walking distance of a major grocery chain, and a shopping center with a lot of major retailers. The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars and not 5 stars is due to the fact that my car was towed several times while being a resident (3 total). The first occurrence was my wrong doing for improper registration but the other two times were not. Management assisted me with obtaining a refund for these mishaps. Overall I would highly recommend La Vita! (I forgot to mention there's been tons of renovations throughout my stay!)

We’ve been living at Lavita Apartments since September, and our experience has been great. Elizabeth has been incredibly helpful from the very beginning. She helped us secure the exact unit we wanted while staying within our budget. We had a rent overcharge for two months due to a contract error, and Elizabeth fixed it the same day. Exceptional service, especially for such an affordable place. I highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for a well-managed, budget-friendly apartment.

I had a situation with my lease from the previous manager at La Vita on Lovers. To my relief, the new property manager named Zayda quickly resolved it for me. I can’t say enough about how professional she treated me and how she went out of her way to fight to provide me the terms that were intended. Thank you Zayda.

I have been meaning to make another post about this property.... PLEASE and PLEASE do not rent from this property. The current manager (Jarred Collins) seems negligent, lacks any sort of communication skills and the property is poorly maintained!!!! There was a fire here last month and a few units were completely destroyed by the fire. On the day the fire occurred, it took the manager 3-4 hours to appear (shows you how much he cares). Till this day no one from Cirrus Management has communicated how the fire started. I heard it was due to some furnace units - this is possibly the fault of the management's lack to maintain their facilities properly. I'm literally counting down the days till I move out of this terrible place. I do not feel safe nor do I care for loud neighbors around here. Another issue is the property security gate that never seems to work... honestly the list goes on and on. Some of these 5 star comments have to be fake. These apartments are older than dirt....I knew that when I signed the lease but did so because I'm new to Dallas and these apartments are located 3 mins to my workplace and very cheap for area. Remember the saying, you get what you pay for...that basically applies to everything in life. Since living here, I've suffered nausea from the smell of smoke and weed coming from who knows where. They enter your apartment without notice! The walls are not soundproof so you can hear everything going on in your neighbors home...some nights I can't sleep because the tenet downstairs plays loud music with a bass that literally shakes the floor..oh and the floor in bedroom sometimes feel as though it's about to cave in...like I said these apartments are as old as dirt. I think these apartments should be completely demolished due to poor maintenance. Lots of weirdos around here too... Anyways with that being said I can't wait to MOVE when my lease ends. There are LOTS of beautiful and nice apartment communities around the area just DON'T pick this one.

This complex is dirty, unsafe and the management has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. The pictures attached of the stairwells have been this way (Steadily worsening) for 9 months. The balcony is literally rotting away. They've allowed a leak under an apartment to get so bad that water has consistently been seeping up through the floor for months and the only "resolution" was a high powered fan to stay on at all times (At resident's electric cost, of course). The apartment is now infested with gnats thanks to the moisture. Residents have gone more than a month without moving HVAC, causing one resident to contract pneumonia. There are also only 5 guest parking spots, which residents were told would be policed regularly for anyone who shouldn't be parking there, but when management was told that the same 3 cars were always taking up the exact same 3 spots, their response was "If a resident thinks someone is parking there in error, they can call the tow company". But actual visitors are threatened with being towed if they aren't parking in one of the 5 approved spots, when there are no less than 20 spots available any given night. The leasing agent at the front office is rude, talks over people and has absolutely no authority to help. The manager is defensive, doesn't listen or do anything to help, and literally called to yell at another apartment complex when it was brought up that they'd been trying to do residential verification for a week with no success. They also do not know the terms of their own leases and do not provide the required advanced notice on information for lease renewal, and then try to require a longer-than-appropriate advanced notice for notice to vacate. Unless a major overhaul happens, I do not recommend. ETA in response to their reply: Yes, they do have an online portal for maintenance requests, which is very user friendly. However, that does no good when their "resolution" doesn't actually resolve the problem. And this was purposely posted from an account not liked to a name on the lease. The very feeble attempt to discredit this as being someone they cannot identify is another example of the deflection instead of responsibility. Management was given several opportunities to make these situations right prior to this review and choose not to do so.
