This will be a very in-depth review. My sister and I were among the first residents to move into this property in June 2024. I will start with the positives: 1. We enjoyed the monthly events that Olivia and Ethan organized. They remained consistent, and each event was well thought out. 2. The aesthetics of the property are beautiful. The amenities are nice, especially the gym. 3. The maintenance team was exceptional. Most maintenance requests were completed within a day. Additionally, Ms. Juanita, who cleans the building, is always cheerful and very kind. 4. Victor, who is now the assistant manager, was always pleasant and willing to help whenever we had concerns. Now for the negatives: 1. Our unit had multiple pest issues despite us maintaining a clean living space. During our first month living there, a rat somehow entered through an HVAC pipe and was living in the HVAC closet. My sister discovered it running through our apartment one night. We called the emergency maintenance line several times, but no one answered, so we ended up staying at the hotel directly across from the property. Management declined to reimburse us for the hotel stay, even though rodents are known to carry diseases. Maintenance then had to go into all the units to tighten something that the builders missed in the HVAC closet. We also experienced a roach problem in our apartment and in the hallways. Part of the issue may have been due to the valet trash service rarely picking up trash on time, causing garbage to sit overnight. Additionally, our neighbors frequently left their trash outside outside of the designated pickup hours (Friday and Saturday nights). We complained about this several times, but it did not seem like any meaningful action was taken. Martha often stated that residents were being charged for lease violations, but based on the continued issue, it was difficult to believe that any effective enforcement was happening. 2. The property experienced plumbing issues with all of the standing showers, requiring a company to come out and complete repairs. The process took about a week, during which my bathroom was inoperable. They offered either a gift card or a reduction in our rent, but neither option felt adequate given the inconvenience. 3. The communication with the front desk is absolutely horrible. Whether you call the office or visit in person, the staff is rarely available. They also almost never answer the phone. Instead, calls are directed to an AI service that is generally unhelpful. 4. Fetch is the only option for receiving packages, so if you have Amazon Prime, it may not be worthwhile because you cannot take full advantage of its benefits. Fetch has been a frustrating service, and several of my packages were stolen. 5. My sister also experienced mold in her bathroom. The humidity levels in our apartment were consistently 62% or higher, and despite our repeated complaints, no one ever took meaningful action to address the issue. 6. The area also isn't the greatest, it is in a constant state of construction also the apartment that is across from us always has overflow of trash that can also add to the roach and pest issue. 7. Once you move out they will charge you to hire a cleaning company to re-clean your apartment no matter how clean you left it. It is in the contract but that doesn't take aware for how absurd it is because a landlord should have to pay for light cleaning and it shouldn't be on the tenant. I understand if they had to do extensive cleaning but that wasn't the case for us Just know most of these 5 stars reviews are from touring and not actual people that have lived there. All the headache that we endured wasn't worth the price we were paying each month. Find somewhere else.

I initially fell in love with the amenities and was excited to tour the property. However, my experience after the tour was somewhat underwhelming. I arrived on time and was greeted promptly. The leasing agent took my ID and reviewed some basic information with me. When discussing my desired move-in timeframe later in the year, around late September, the quoted pricing was above my budget. I was asked if I wanted to see all of the amenities, but the tour felt very rushed. I arrived at 11:00 AM and was finished by 11:18 AM. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but the apartment lacked additional storage space. Aside from the bedroom closet, there was very little storage available. The tour also felt impersonal. The leasing agent walked quickly throughout the property, and I found myself trying to keep up rather than having an opportunity to ask questions or fully take in the space. While the community is attractive, I left feeling that the overall touring experience did not match my expectations.
