Lakewood Flats

I thoroughly enjoy staying at Lakewood flats. I have an A4 style apartment and have been here now almost a full year. The maintenance staff is super responsive, especially for such a large complex. The folks at the front desk (Danny & Stephanie) almost always answer the phone. The same front desk staff have been here since I moved in and they’re always friendly, helpful and super responsive. It’s a family and pet friendly neighborhood. I was waiting for months for the catch or to see some negatives of staying here, but there really aren’t any. I don’t have any complaints and would definitely recommend to a friend!

I have just completed my first year at the Lakewood flats. Over the last year I have been blessed to have lived in a beautiful complex which is extremely maintained. The amenities are out of this world. The complex is maintained to a higher standard than most. My dog Cali has been thriving thanks to the numerous dog parks, dog stations and dog areas. We have a full gym, two pools, and private access to a gorgeous lake trail which my dog Cali loves more than anything in this world! Dwayne, Danny and Stephanie have been wonderful office personnel. When I first signed my lease with Danny, he made me feel right at home. Let's not forget Leo, Adrian and Jose, they are definitely part of the family. They maintain the complex with Superior maintenance. This was the first complex that I moved into after moving to Dallas 1,300 miles away from my original home. However I now have a new home! I look forward to many more years at the Lakewood flats.
