I have lived at La Finca for 4 years now. Excellent management. Excellent maintenance team. Clean, quiet and friendly environment. Always well kept and completely kids friendly. Great location with access to school and the town center.

I’ve been here for some time now. We appreciate that they are all bills paid and they have laundry room. The staff has always been very friendly.

Love the apartments and staff. They are all bills paid. Good price. Neighborhood is not dangerous. Only concern i have is cars drive that street fast and it is a school zone and park zone. If not careful, it could be dangerous.

These apartments are very unprofessional... I would not recommend anyone to live here at all... The maintenance does not fix anything properly. When you put work orders in they do not complete them but will put that they did. Johanna does not care about her residents either. You have to walk inside of the office to get any communication due to them not answering the phone. The a/c has to be fixed every summer. On top of that the a/c is always leaking and it has caused a serious MOLD PROBLEM in my house & they do not want to do anything about it or relocate me to another apartment. All they keep saying is they will come wipe things down, paint, and use some chemicals for the smell.
