We requested for a filter and the microwave handle to be replaced. Pepe’s response was swift and simple. He did a good job attending to any issue request one may have making life a little bit less stressful knowing one less thing to worry about throughout your busy day.

Full Transparency: Pros: The apartment complexes on the inside are nice, clean, and spacious. Neighbors are friendly. Feels safe. Pool is fun, not a lot of amenities if you're looking for that. Cons: The front office people are really nice when you are interested in the apartment and getting on the lease, however, everything changes once you're a tenant. Which is a little sad, considering, you're bringing the business to them and trusted them to make this place your home. Parking will be your greatest issue here! Parking is limited. If you're out really late at night, and come home, I would literally be going in circles around the apartment complex until someone leaves. One time I did drive around for almost an hour, cause there was no parking. After a long day out, trying to find a parking spot for your own apartment complex, is the last thing you want on your mind. Not worth it. Also, I had my car get a vehicle boot, when I just had got on the lease. I had given my car info and plates to the apartment complex, and I had even received a email confirming that we have two cars get registered and updated so it doesn't get towed or booted. A month later, I got a vehicle boot and when I went to talk to the office, they said I have approval for two vehicles, but that my one of my car info was not inserted or put in the system. They said I should have done that, and that it was my mistake for not adding the car, and that they don't register cars for tenants. So whoever I gave all my info to, she didn't update or put it in the system, because they only had the info of one car. It's a little frustrating because, you trust them to do their job, to have your car added and filed, even having a confirmation email of adding an additional vehicle, and they said, it's not their fault. I called the tow company and they tried to reason with me and said to talk to the apartment complex. I understand mistakes happen, but the apartment complex is not willing to own up to their mistakes or take accountability on their part and I'm the one having to pay to get my car unbooted. It's disappointing. This is clearly a front office and management problem for not updating records. They weren't very graceful either, or had any empathy. Even if you're calm and collected, they will not reason with you. All the issues with registering your car for parking and the tow company they have in place will just cost you time, money, and unexpected delays. You don't have peace of mind, just wanting to be home, it just keeps you uneasy. You do have the option to pay for a car port $30 each month, however, they are really small. Your car will fit in just the lines, but will be hard to get out if your neighbor in the next car port parked a little wrong. Not their fault, but they are really small. They have regular parking spaces, but it's a first come first serve basis, and they have limited larger parking spots. If you get home later in the evening, you'll get stuck with smaller parking space, where your car will fit but you won't be able to open the door properly to get out without hitting the car next to you. Your car is also prone to get dents or get slammed by a door if people aren't careful. It can get noisy if you get complex in the back of La Costa Villas, next to the other apartment complex, where they have a parking garage, because they have a garbage truck constantly taking the trash out throughout the day and night. It'll be 11pm, 4 AM, 7AM, different times of the day and throughout the night that makes it hard to sleep without the beeping sounds of the garbage truck and the banging from picking up the trash dispenser. Concierge Trash doesn't always pick up the trash on scheduled days, so it can get a little frustrating, cause you only get two bag limits, and if they don't pick up, your trash just accumulates until they do pick it up. If you put more bags out, they won't take it. There's no elevators for when moving, just stairs. Lease here at your own expense.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service from Pepe with a maintenance request. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and worked to resolve it with expertise. Pepe kept me informed throughout the process, and I appreciated how clean and organized the work area was when they finished.

Horrible Experience – Do Not Recommend This place is terrible. My car was broken into and the window was smashed. I once left a box of bottled water by my door for just a few minutes while bringing in groceries, and it was stolen. The management is unresponsive and unhelpful. When I moved out, I left the apartment spotless, yet they charged me nearly $500 in random fees that made no sense. I absolutely do not recommend living here—save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Valenzia, I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like future residents should know what really goes on here. The management has created an extremely hostile and unfair environment. Recently, my 7-year-old son was harassed at the pool because they said the “tenant had to be present,” even though he had a legal guardian with him. Instead of handling the matter respectfully, they threatened to call the police on a child. The very next day, I found a 24-hour eviction notice taped to my door. What makes this worse is the clear bias and discrimination in how rules are enforced. My son and his uncle were singled out and referred to as “two Black guys who look intimidating.” Meanwhile, the maintenance man, Pepe, openly favors certain residents, handing out free parking to Hispanic tenants and ignoring when groups blast music at the pool or hang out in the office after hours. None of that ever gets reported. On top of this, the parking situation is terrible—spaces are far too small, and there are never enough spots. It’s clear my unit has been targeted because of false reports from a neighbor who brags about being “good with management.” Instead of protecting tenants equally, management chooses favoritism, intimidation, and harassment. If you’re looking for fair treatment, safe family spaces, and unbiased management, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
