Keystone Falls

It's the middle of summer and the pool hasn't opened at all. They say it's closed to everyone, but there are always people in the pool in the afternoons. Summer will pass and they'll never open it, just like before... how frustrating.

My wife and I went in for a tour and Mirna Hernandez was very helpful and made us feel welcomed. She has been the sweetest leasing manger we have encountered in such a long time!! She was very honest and realistic which we respect and appreciate. The property was nice and we can really see ourselves making this place our next home.

Don’t do it!!! Go spend your hard earned money someplace better TRUST me 🤦🏽‍♂️ I wish i someone told me about this place before I came here. I have 2 children i am trying to raise and it is so hard and disgusting because this place is infested with ROACHES. The Unit they show you is kept up to date and of course they keep the office clean but they rush to make the unit ready and DO NOT DO IT RIGT. they do not answer the phone and if they do they tell you that YOU have to fill out the work order because they do not have time. they charge you pest control fee but you will never see a pest control truck out here ever. i have lived here with my children for 7 months and they are just now trying to send people to my apartment. it is so sick and disgusting to be sleeping in the bed with my 2 babies and i wake up slapping bugs off of my arms. ive emailed them but i guess they forgot about me. the pest control kid is finally coming tomorrow so i guess that is good news. i hope they get this under control like they say they do because i am ready to take legal action i have pictures videos and witnesses ( aka company that have came over and seen for themselves). this is a safety hazard to my babies and they have ignored us enough. please do not fall for it.
