David is a great manager, and maintenance was prompt. It's a very small space, but the proximity of this place to everything downtown, as well as good management made it worth it for 3 years

Love my apartment. I’m so happy I decided to move here; safe, serene, affordable, and maintenance is amazing.

I really enjoyed the location. It was super cheap to Lyft/Uber almost anywhere. It is Hood-Ajacent. I wouldn’t walk around at night by myself, but I would walk to Aldi’s in the day time. They were quick to respond to problems, but read contract carefully! Over all, experience was very good!

Junius was clean, prompt of any emails and overall a great place to live! Definitely would recommend.

My husband and I leased an apartment here last year and David refused to refund us the rent money, after my husband had gotten into trouble with the police. We never even moved into the unit......? I was told that it was “Just Business”, by David !? AWFUL
