I’ve had a really great experience living here so far! The apartment complex itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. One thing I truly appreciate is how responsive the maintenance team is anytime I submit a request, it’s usually handled within a day, which makes a huge difference. The leasing office staff really sets this place apart. Ashanti gives amazing apartment tours her patient, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. Salem is very business oriented and keeps everything running smoothly on the administrative side, but what I love is that he’ll randomly throw in a joke that catches you off guard and makes you laugh. Kevin is like the “house dad” of the team he brings together the best of both worlds with professionalism and warmth, balancing efficiency with a genuinely caring attitude. Overall, this is a place where you feel taken care of, and that’s hard to find. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful home with an outstanding team behind it!

There are many homeless people around the property. You can see more once you turn into Maple Ave. I do not recommend walking alone! Parking garage is unsafe and cars are frequently smashed!!! Read the other reviews on this. Both our neighbors cars were smashed. There was arson recently. Park here at your own risk. Poor security!!!!! The lease clearly state that smoking is prohibited in all areas except designated smoking spots outside the buildings. Yet we have neighbors smoking weed almost every night. We have complained but no action has been taken to catch the culprits and stop this. The smell comes into our unit and it is truly unbearable. Ineffective and useless management. There should be stricter enforcement! Inwood can collect a lot of fines from violators - similar to how they collect fines for pet, noise, trash violations etc.

Please read previous reviews about security of the garage here. There are numerous car break-ins. There have been two attempts to steal my car so far!!! The car park gate has a SERIOUS security flaw that easily allows thieves to enter. Anyone can tailgate a resident car closely and the gate will reopen for the second car. Thieves get in, smash many car windows and get out. My neighbors and I have suffered. Management will NOT help you with the cost of damage. (They say "Security is our TOP priority.") Then the security fails and you are on your own. It is your problem and you have to pay $400-$500 to replace the windows. Neighbors have told me their catalytic converters have been stolen. Beware of the rude and incompetent managers - Kevin Willms and Jennifer Rose. No help. Your loss is not their responsibility. Besides entering from the garage, the thieves will sometimes hold a bag of food or package and pretend to be delivery personnel. I have seen these people tailgating residents into the building. That explains why there have been many window smashing. Be prepared to have your car window smashed. Good luck!
