The elevator issue has resurfaced after seven months. In addition, the key fobs/remotes frequently become non-functional(2-4 time in last 6 months).Me and my wife have visited the office multiple times regarding this issue, but resolving it takes an excessive amount of time.When the main parking gate fails to open, I am often forced to wait for someone else to arrive and open it. The overall management and response time to these recurring issues have been very disappointing.
