I’ve been a resident here going on 3 years. The staff is very attentive and extremely helpful. Eduardo is Top Tier at his job, and had all the info I needed almost immediately. Truly appreciative of his service and work ethic.

Eduardo has been wonderful to work with. Any questions or concerns that I have had, he’s always willing to answer or get the answer if he doesn’t have it. He seems genuinely concerned about the residents living situations. I would refer him to any potential residents.

If I could give this negative stars, I would. I moved in October 2025 and I'm literally counting down the days till my lease ends. This place is complete trash. Honestly, the prices of the apartments are still too high for what they offer, even though the prices are lower than some apartments in the area. -First, the elevator is always broken. I'm constantly having To use the stairs. So if you have something heavy or groceries, good luck with that like the elevator will be down for days even during business hours and nothing is done. They won't even post a sign on the elevator to let you know that it's not working. They just do not care. -Second, The apartment Gym is a joke. Half their machines don't even work or are broken. And they have been broken for a long time And management has not had them fixed. It makes you not even wanna work out. -Third, There are bugs EVERYWHERE. I am a no means a messy person and I've had to request for pest control multiple times and nothing works. It makes me wanna just go ahead and break my lease. And these bugs are not small. They are huge. -Fourth, I can smell weed literally everywhere. There's clearly no enforcement. -Fifth, the apartments are super old. I'm constantly finding things broken and you can just tell their age. -Sixth, The parking garage is a mess. You can tell that they don't upkeep the outside of these apartments or the parking garage. And I see cars that have been hit in the garage and nothing is done about them. I also see cars that have literally layers of dirt on them and flat tires and they've been sitting there for months and management hasn't moved them. Honestly, I would just spend a couple hundred more dollars a month to not have to worry about any of this stuff. Please rethink before moving here. And I know that Management will respond to this review, but won't actually fix things that need to be fixed in the community. So sad.
