I want to give a shout out to HomeWorx as I recently worked with them on the leasing and eventual sale of a home in McKinney. My experience in working with their agents, Joel, was not only efficient and stress-free but the level of communication throughout the process was stellar! I am confident in HomeWorx's ability to serve you well with all of your real estate needs! As a tenant, HomeWorx's timely response to repair needs was far beyond any other management company I have worked with in the past. The contractors they hired to do repairs or updates were all professional, on-time and communicated well before and during their process of fixing and upgrading. I would strongly recommend their services!

Jennifer was very helpful and so responsive in our application process for renting a house. These days the market is pretty crazy and you find a house you like, you apply, but it seems like someone always beats you to it. Jennifer made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. She let us know exactly what was needed and when and where we stood. Ultimately, we got the house we wanted. We're certain it's because she was so diligent and in touch with us. She was outstanding to work with. If all the staff at Homeworx is even half as qualified as she, you can't go wrong!!

I am writing this review for the exceptional work my realtor Joel provided me in selling my home on Lake Dallas. Joel provided the expertise in organizing the paperwork needed to get me through the first months. Joel’s patience, understanding and outstanding marketing skills kept me informed every step of the way and made my life a little easier. After the close of escrow, he provided me emailed housing updates. I thank Joel and recommend him highly for the outstanding job he provided me throughout the whole process.

Horrible customer service. My family applied for a home in Texas. We were told by this company that we were approved to rent the home and to look for documents within 24 to 48 hours of approval. We waited to hear from them and heard nothing. Our realtor and ourselves had to try multiple times to contact them. Once we did get in contact with them they told us that even though we were approved for the property the landlord decided to go with another tenant. We were the first to apply. I am okay with the landlord picking the tenant that he / she felt was most suitable for his / her property. What I am not okay with was the fact that Worx Property not only misled us, but that they then avoided us. I would not recommend working with them.

Alison is a very kind person. She answered all of my questions in a professional manner. The office ladies were welcoming. They work with you, even in sticky situations. Application process was super easy. Same day approval. So glad we found a home through HomeWorxUSA! Highly recommend company!
