Absolutely love these townhouses … the floor plans, the hardwood floors, the kitchen layout, gas cooktops, two car garage, AND a rooftop patio! They have it all! Convenient to everything you could need. I would choose Hartford and their staff over and over again if I wasn’t relocating!

I called this business recently and unfortunately had a difficult experience due to a communication issue. The manager (Alexandra) did not speak English for us to effectively understand each other, which made it very challenging for me to receive clear answers. For a customer - facing role, I believe it is important for the staff to be able to communicate clearly with customers. I do not recommend this place.

My husband and I have lived in Hartford townhomes for 3 years now and have had a wonderful experience here. The property manager, Alejandra, is phenomenal and is always responsive, polite, and efficient. Any maintenance requests we have submitted have been quickly addressed and completed. The complex is clean, well kept, and quiet. The units include updated appliances, adequate storage space, 2 car garages, and nice rooftop balconies. Its location is prime for anyone working in the UTSW medical center as well. Could not recommend this complex more!

Our time at Hartford homes was great! Management was always quick to respond, and maintenance quick to fix. Only reason im moving out is because 1/3 roommates moved out of state.
