Management is attentive, professional, and always quick to respond — they genuinely care about the residents and create a welcoming community. The maintenance crew is just as impressive: reliable, efficient, and respectful. Work orders are handled quickly (often within 24 hours) and always done right the first time. It’s rare to find a place where both management and maintenance are consistently this dependable and friendly. Thanks to their efforts, living here has been nothing but a positive experience — Gentry on M Street really feels like home. If you’re considering to move here it would be the best decision you ever made

I wanted to express my gratitude for my three wonderful years as a resident at The Gentry. I recently purchased a home, but I wanted to share how much I enjoyed my time here and how highly I would recommend this property to anyone. The maintenance team consistently impressed me with their fast response times to work orders and excellent communication regarding parts and repairs. The property itself is always clean and meticulously maintained, which made for a very pleasant living environment. I will truly miss spending Saturdays by the pool, especially for sunbathing. The intimate size of the property allowed me to get to know many of my neighbors, and I cherished our dog walks and conversations. My dog, Lola, will certainly miss the treats at the office! Finally, I want to commend Amber and Tiffeney for their outstanding service. They are truly the best! The Gentry will always hold a special place in my heart, and I will miss everything about it.

I’ve lived in this apartment building twice now, and for good reason. The location is unbeatable — close to everything I need — and the property is always clean, quiet, and well maintained. The units themselves are spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and clearly well cared for. What really sets this place apart is the staff. Tiffeney and Amber are incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Any time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve gone above and beyond. When it came time to find a new place, I didn’t hesitate to move back here. It truly feels like home.

My fiancé and I moved to the Gentry about 2 months ago and we love it! The area is nice and quiet and great to go walking, rollerblading, and play tennis. We live in a 2/2 here and it is so spacious! The staff have been so friendly and helpful! We wish we would have moved here sooner!

Hands down best apartment I have ever lived in. Had to move because of job relocation. Pros: Great neighborhood. Safe, beautiful, lots of trees and convenient location. Nice apartment layout for the 1b1b where you get a super bit island and living room. I got compliments every time a guest visits. The customer service is 5-star hotel level. Tiffeney and Caroline really treat you like a VIP: fast response, professional and cordial and will make you feel well supported. Cons: One small annoyance is the gate key fob: it’s a proximity key where you must hold the key close to the sensor...would appreciate if I had a pressing button on my key fob. Other than that everything else is great!
