Gatsby on Ross

We really enjoy living at The Gatsby! We’ve been here for a few years now, and we don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. The apartments are very nice, the amenities are great, and everything is always well maintained. The maintenance team is quick and reliable, and the office staff is fantastic. Adam is always super helpful and gos out of his way to get things done, and we’ve truly enjoyed working with everyone in the office. We would highly recommend The Gatsby to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I just left The Gatsby on Ross. This property has a lot to offer. Heidy was the ABM that took me on my tour. The pool area was a great feature, I am sure this is the place to be during the summer. I am interested in the B4 because I believe that it will give you everything you need. Want to see the actual unit. Wet rooms are a nice feature to have as well. Thank you Heidy!

I’m done with my first lease here at the Gatsby and I will be renewing. I love the space and the environment, and the fact that the staff throws events for the community here. They’re very responsive when I need something and very understanding. Probably one of my better choices to live here in the city of Dallas.

Living at Gatsby-On-Ross has been a wonderful experience. The staff is excellent and always responds promptly to any maintenance request. The building’s common areas are consistently clean and well-kept, and the gym is very well equipped. The pool areas stay clean year-round, regardless of the season. I also love that my car is protected under a covered parking space. The apartments themselves are beautiful, with high-quality finishes. I’m truly in love with my home here, and that’s why I’m not leaving.

I came across this property doing business for the neighborhood, and I was genuinely very surprised by how attentive, friendly, and wonderful the staff was. I decided to lease an apt and just moved this past week. And they proved that I made the best choice. I’ve met so many neighbors that have lived here for 5 plus years, everyone loves it here, and I genuinely ADORE my apt. They made it feel brand new for me. They always reply quick, and have serviced any issue with professionalism. It feels very safe, I enjoy the neighborhood, honestly is up and coming and there’s plenty to walk to. Target, Kroger, and shopping a couple blocks away. The apartments lease fast, so don’t hesitate if you find an opening… Lavern the manager, and the front office staff are my fav people. If you are considering a place to live in Dallas, then this is it.. And more importantly, it’s so quiet!!! Having a pool facing unit gives you a beautiful waterfall sound as well.. I have found home…
