I love living here! It’s in the perfect location. I also really appreciate all of the staff here, from the property managers to the maintenance crew.

Max at Gallery at Turtle Creek was absolutely wonderful. He welcomed me with a warm smile and great energy from the moment I arrived. He listened attentively, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made the entire experience very pleasant. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff is truly professional. I highly recommend this community!

Gallery at Turtle Creek was my home for 3+ years and I cannot say enough good things about the community and the professionals that run the place. Not only did they take care of me as a tenant but they became friends that I enjoyed seeing on a daily basis, celebrating holidays with, and many other positive experiences. If it wasn't for purchasing a home, I would still hang my hat here. 5 STARS

Not sure I want to share my wonderful experience, but then I felt guilty so here you go . We have had an apartment here for over 7 years ! The staff and maintenance crew are Amazing!! And The location , location, location! Isn’t that what’s big on your list ? Gable at Turtle Creek apartments are the Best in Dallas , in my opinion . Especially at the holidays it’s just magical to see the lights and activities just across at the West Village. Plus the great several fun bars to visit with shopping and delicious food options and a swanky movie theater! The floor plans are spacious and well maintained, our landscaped grounds are lovely as well . We have visited friends who had apartments downtown and yes they were very cool vibes , but nothing compares to our cozy neighborhood here At Gables @ Turtle Creek. Thankful we found our little slice of heaven .

Update as of 12/3/24. Employees screen calls. A resident calling with a major issue with the garage gate shouldn’t be ignored. Almost never get a call back no matter what the call is regarding. I’ve called countless times about things being broken, neighbors letting animals pee in the halls, etc, with no resolution. Also they still haven’t sent anyone out to clean windows.. I have a friend who lives here who cannot see out of his windows as all with no resolution provided for them. They came out and REPLACED one of my windows instead of cleaning it bc they don’t think it’s “in the budget”?????? Usual rating would be a 4/5, but I have put in multiple tickets regarding my windows needing cleaning (can barely see out of one) (has been this way since I move in over a year ago) and nothing is done about it. The assistant manager (maybe?) told me it wasn’t in budget as they have to use contractors….. lmfao. I don’t pay $2k to NOT look out the windows.
