Have to start off by saying that Pamela is amazing! She is always so friendly and approachable and overall positive vibes! Also, I appreciate the concierge, cleaning, and maintenance staff, everyone has been really great. The location and amenities offered make this place really worth it.

Pamela has been a great point of contact to get all our questions answered and has gone above and beyond to find us pics and measurements of the new apartment. Can't wait to move in!

When paying over $2,500 per month in rent, you naturally expect a certain level of quality and comfort. Unfortunately, this apartment community fell far short of delivering value that matches its price. My family and I had to move out after only one month and urgently find another apartment. I am writing this review so future residents do not waste their time, money, and energy as we did. The unit we moved into (Unit 718) was clearly poorly maintained. Upon move-in, we discovered mold in the bathtub, and the overall condition of the furniture, including drawers and cabinets, was very old and worn. We understood the building itself is older, but lack of proper maintenance is a separate and serious issue. An even more serious problem was the aircraft noise. From daytime through late night and even early morning hours, the noise was constant and extremely loud. We tried installing soundproof curtains and a white noise machine, but they were completely ineffective due to the intensity of the noise. After further research, we learned that this apartment is located where daytime and nighttime flight paths intersect, which explains the severity. When we raised this concern to the leasing office, we were told that previous residents had no complaints, and essentially that we should figure it out ourselves. While the staff may appear friendly on the surface, when real issues arise, they take no responsibility and offer no meaningful assistance. Later, we also noticed that the poor condition of the unit’s windows likely contributed to the lack of sound insulation. We briefly considered staying longer because of the convenience of having Whole Foods on the first floor, but ultimately, living in a poorly maintained apartment with unbearable noise made normal daily life impossible. For the price being charged, this community is not worth it. I strongly recommend that prospective tenants carefully consider these issues before signing a lease.
